Being banned by Tinder is a milestone I never knew anyone could reach.

Yesterday evening, I noticed my self-confidence drooping. I started feeling I wasn’t good enough and would never amount to anything.

You know — the usual happy feels!

Being in my late 20s, I wasn’t new to this sentiment. I knew exactly how to fix it. So I decided to do what any sane woman would do.

I planned to reinstate my Tinder profile to judge beauties for their lack and swipe right on a selected few — the best of the lot. As “It’s a match” messages will start collecting, the pieces of my worth will slowly return to their places.

The perfect plan.

So I installed Tinder and entered my number — as I had done on the last 50 similar occasions. But this attempt wasn’t anything like the previous ones.

This time, Tinder wanted to know if I was a real person.
